About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilledSenior Data Modelerto join ourGravity project an enterprise-scale healthcare data platform. This role requires a balance ofdeep data modeling expertisewithhands-on CI/CD implementation experience.

As a Senior Data Modeler you will own the design and evolution of conforming data models across healthcare domains (RCM PHM LIS TMS etc.) while also enablingautomated schema lifecycle managementusing tools likeLiquibase GitLab Argo CD and Snowflake/Databricks CI/CD pipelines.

A Day in the Life

• Design and maintain enterprise-grade data modelsfor healthcare domains (claims payments denials encounters labs member provider).
• Translate business and regulatory requirements intological and physical data modelsin Snowflake/Databricks.
• Implement schema change automationusing Liquibase (Pro/Community) Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate withdata engineers and DBREsto integrate models into automated deployment workflows.
• DefineDDL standards naming conventions referential integrity rules and tagging strategies.
• Partner with architecture leadership to ensure models areconsistent across domains(RCM PHM LIS Finance).
• Conductgap analysisagainst ERP/RCM source systems (Epic Oracle Cerner SAP Meditech Workday etc.) and suggest enhancements.
• Providebest practices for versioning branching and release managementof data models.

What You Need

• 3 yearsof experience in data modeling ideally with exposure tohealthcare data.
• Proficiency inSQLand modeling tools (ER/Studio ERwin PowerDesigner etc.).
• Hands-on experience withLiquibasefor schema change management in Snowflake/Databricks/SQL platforms.
• Strong background inCI/CD pipelines(GitLab Jenkins Argo CD or similar) for database deployments.
• Proven ability to work withenterprise RCM/ERP source systems(Epic Resolute Oracle Cerner SAP Workday Meditech).
• Understanding ofhealthcare data standards(HL7 FHIR X12 837/835 ICD-10 CPT/HCPCS).
• Solid grasp ofreferential integrity metadata tagging data lineage and governance frameworks.
