Job Description

As a People Operations Specialist you will support day-to-day People Operation functions across the entire employee lifecycle by optimising processes and protocols.
A Taste of What to Expect
- Support and improve HR administration: workflows contracts certifications and digital records
- Ensure accuate monthly payroll in collaboration with our internal software and team
- Serve as key contact for authorities insurance providers and tax advisors on daily topics
- Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools including Personio DEEL
- Collaborate with external legal teams to review and implement policy updates as required
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- First experience in operational HR with strong payroll and admin focus
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of German labor law social security and payroll tax regulations
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) written and spoken
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive with a passion for process improvement
