FACILITIES COORDINATOR SENIOR Winnipeg MB
The Facilities Team focusing on coordinating and providing timely execution of maintenance improvement projects and repair for all office locations within the organization.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Scheduling/Coordinating work requests for outside contractors and oversee completion of assigned work and services
- Coordinating all office moves andoperations of common areas
- Recommending changes and improvements to existing standards policies and procedures
- Processing service requests received and maintaining a database of requests to meet reporting and analysis requirements
- Monitoring and ordering facility maintenance inventory and supplies
- Managing the maintenance of the facilities and grounds depending on location ensuring service standard processes and in compliance with applicable local laws rules and regulations
- Maintaining databases tracking service vendors contracts and facilities inventory/supplies
The value you bring
- 3-5 years experience in facilities administration or providing facilities-focused administrative coordination
- Designation from a recognized Facility Management Association an asset
- Previous Insurance industry experience an asset
Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Location: Winnipeg MB
Requisition: 82098
Compensation Range: $45000 - $57000
