This role is part of the asset optimization team and it involves designing systems and processes to increase the productivity of manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develops designs plans and implements Enterprise Refurbished tools purchased business process together with AME procurement GAP IE Finance Legal & etc
Driving refurb tool purchase discussion & alignment among Global team for the best cost timing technical/capability manufacturing efficiency decision for the company in every tool purchase
Evaluates & include new refurbishers into the procurement system/database for better cost opportunities
Establishes/enhance the systematic process for OEM vs Refurbisher tool purchase comparison globally
Develops and maintains metrics to measure refurbishers rating performance by expertise/region
Documents and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs
Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in any relevant field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in tool sales/procurement preferably in the semiconductor industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills team workers independent and self-disciplined.
