Job Purpose:
To provide high-level administrative secretarial and operational support to the Zonal Head ensuring efficient coordination across business functions and seamless execution of zonal activities in the Mumbai Bangalore and Delhi Metro markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage the Zonal Heads calendar meetings travel and appointments across multiple metro cities.
- Act as the point of contact between the Zonal Head and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare MOMs reports business reviews and presentations with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Follow up on key action items with regional heads and functional teams.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Business Coordination
- Liaise with regional teams sales heads branch managers and support functions to ensure timely flow of communication and data.
- Track performance dashboards and maintain MIS reports as required by the Zonal Head.
- Coordinate and follow up on zonal projects reviews and escalations.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
- Manage logistics travel bookings event planning and office administrative tasks.
- Organize internal meetings offsites and customer events in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records files and documentation related to zonal operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between the Zonal Heads office and corporate functions (HR Marketing Compliance etc.).
- Ensure smooth coordination with senior leadership vendors and external agencies when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- Secretarial certification or EA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in executive assistant/secretarial roles
- Prior experience in BFSI or Life Insurance industry is an advantage
- Exposure to managing senior-level stakeholders across multiple locations
