Job Description
JOB DUTIES
This position will take lead on the design development implementation and maintenance of switch and alarm components. The incumbent is expected to deliver current product management & improvement and new product development to meet the critical customer requirements such as cost reliability & durability requirements. Job duties including but not limited to product design application and installation development research reliability materials product performance/support and service.

The key role of this engineering position is to:
:
Collect customer needs and deliver electrical component solution to meet customer expectation.
Work closely with supplier to deliver reliable solution.
Host and participate communications with global team including engine / machine system team partners suppliers in daily work. /
Manage project and produce documentation as required per NPI process and APQP process. NPI APQP
Define and executing electrical components design verification and validation plans.
Communicate results through technical reports and presentations.
Develop innovative design to support enterprise innovation strategy and product line extension.
Implement solutions using a variety of technologies systems and development environments for diverse machine systems.
Work with engine / machine system lead on design for cost manufacturability test and assembly/integration. //
Responsible for engineers activities and completed in accordance with quality.
Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.

Requirements
A technical degree and 3 years of previous experiences is highly preferred and consideration will be given to equivalent electrical components experiences and finished several NPI project development cycles completely. NPI
Master the required technology knowledge / function skills for electrical components and understand machine applications. /
Master the required electrical components development process & tools (such as NPI APQP test equipment etc). NPIAPQP
Familiar with test and verification as well as design of experiments. DOE
Ability to take the initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
Speak fluent English and excellent in reading writing.
Independently manage customers programs with minimum supervision.
Willingness to visit customer site at short notice (less than 24 hrs) to investigate customer critical field issues. 24
Bachelors degree or above in Engineering.
Good collaboration with suppliers and global electrical components team.
Good project management skills.
Competent in use of standard business tools including Excel Power Point Word Outlook Teams etc. Excel Power Point Word Outlook Teams
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
