The Inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unitis an 18-bedadult inpatient unitrequiring inpatient care Physical Occupational or Speech Therapy services. Our team of experts specialize in rehabilitation care for amputation spinal cord injury and dysfunction complex medical conditions brain injury and illness musculoskeletal injury and stroke.A Neuropsychologist is available as part of the care team to provide support to the patient family and staff. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team in developing an inpatient and discharge care plan.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of nursing process and social behavioral biological and physical sciences as normally acquired through completion of an approved practical nursing program.
  • Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Six months of recent related health care experience preferred.
  • Active CPR/BLScertification required. AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted.
  • LPN experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Nurses hired with an Associates degreein nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.

Salary Range: Minimum28.91/hour - Maximum44.99/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
