About the role:
As part of the Alleima Country finance shared service team and key contributor of the team commence to supervise the daily operations within tax service areas under managers guidance including but not limited to:
Tax Tasks:
1. Prepare working papers for tax and revenue reconciliation and complete the declaration of various taxes and statements such as value-added tax stamp duty enterprise income tax and key tax sources
2. Handle the declaration and be responsible for payment of withholding taxes for non-trade businesses; fill in tax-related statements in the financial system in line with group requirements.
3. Prepare materials for the annual corporate income tax declaration and fill the reports in the system of tax bureau.
4. Support annual government financial subsidies application
5. Pay attention to changes in tax policies and cooperate with Irregular tax audits
6. Responsible for tax-related communication and coordination related to the sales branch.
7. Complete various tax tasks as required by tax authorities.
8. Prepare tax reconciliation monthly
9. Support the annual audit and be responsible for the annual industrial and commercial inspection.
10. Other matters related to tax.
AP Tasks:
1. Manage contracts for business with overseas-related parties and non-related parties
2. Verify and record invoices for business with overseas related parties
3. Arrange foreign payments and verify relevant payment materials
4. Payment checking and AP clearing
5. Be responsible for AP month-end closing
6. Fill in relevant AP reports in the financial system
7. Prepare materials for the declaration of withholding tax for non-trade businesses
8. Prepare monthly account reconciliation and track problem accounts
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
About you:
You hold a bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field and bring 3-5 years of financial experience including 1-2 years in AP or Tax. Your proficiency in accounting software such as M3 SAP or Oracle along with advanced Excel skills sets you apart. You possess a high level of integrity attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Your proactive nature and willingness to learn new knowledge make you a valuable asset. Good communication skills and basic oral and written English are essential for this role.
