Your future duties and responsibilities:
Build project plans and resource assignments in collaboration with project managers;
Ensure that all documents and reports are completed according to established standards and timelines;
Coordinate the preparation of regular project status reports within the EPM environment;
Participate when required in the project quality assurance process;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and work methods.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong organizational skills and high rigor
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and strong abilities in problem-solving and decision-making
Good oral and written communication

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
