Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Regulatory Solicitor to join a leading specialist legal team in Dublin. This is a fantastic role for a solicitor with 5 years PQE in regulatory healthcare or litigation law to play a key part in complex fitness to practise cases and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and prepare complaints for oral hearings before fitness to practise committees
Take witness statements brief experts and counsel and attend oral hearings
Draft legal documentation including notices of inquiry summonses and affidavits
Manage disciplinary hearings and High Court confirmation applications
Provide regulatory and advisory support to professional regulators
Mentor and support junior legal staff within the team
The Ideal Candidate
A qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE in professional regulatory litigation or healthcare law
Strong drafting advocacy and analytical skills
Proven case management experience and attention to detail
A proactive team-oriented approach and commitment to high standards
