**Job Title: Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN)**

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary:**
As a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) you will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will be responsible for administering medications monitoring patient progress and assisting with daily living activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. You will play a critical role in supporting patient care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal health outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse.
- Monitor and document patients vital signs medical history and progress ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans and nursing assessments.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and support therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about health management medications and care techniques.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing and mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations policies and protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings training and continuing education opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid LPN license.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care practices procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
