Job Description

Summary

Working alongside an experienced team you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our warehouse ensuring stock is managed accurately safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving friendly environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester with a second storage warehouse nearby. Since fitting out our state-of-the-art clean rooms and manufacturing facility in 2019 we have continued to invest in our infrastructure to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency.

What will you do

  • Receive check and store incoming goods.

  • Pick pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time.

  • Maintain stock records and carry out regular inventory checks.

  • Operate forklifts pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment (training provided).

  • Keep the warehouse clean safe and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

  • Support the wider production and logistics teams when needed.


What Were Looking For

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is useful (but not essential training provided).

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work methodically.

  • Reliability and a proactive can-do approach.

  • Physically able to lift move and organise stock.

  • Team player who can work independently when required.

  • Forklift licence is a bonus but not required.
