Position: Customer Service Agent

Be the primary point of contact for customer requests representing Europes most fashionable tech company.
The job:
- Chatting with customers via phone messages & email
- Resolve queries related to orders refunds delivery and platform use
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow presented response templates and quality standards
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
- Giving product tips & recommendations
We need YOU because:
- Youre ready to relocate to sunny Chania Greece
- You speak the DANISH language fluently
- You have strong English skills both written and spoken
- Youve got an excellent eye for the detail
- Problem-solving is your superpower
- You can stay calm and professional - even when things dont go as planned
- Customer support experience is nice to have but not a dealbreaker!
