They are recognized for *high-quality cost-effective construction* and a *diverse project portfolio* ranging from *$15K renovations to $30M industrial facilities* in education healthcare historic renovations and industrial markets.---### *Role Overview*We are seeking an *experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager* to lead projects from *pre-construction through closeout.* This is a *critical high-priority role* for a professional with *client-facing skills hands-on construction knowledge and leadership ability.*---### *Must-Haves** *510 years experience* in commercial construction project management.* Experience managing *mid-to-large scale projects.** Strong skills in *contracts budgets schedules and OSHA safety compliance.** Proven *leadership problem-solving and communication skills.*---### *Preferred Skills** Bachelors degree in *Construction Management or related field*.* Familiarity with *Sage 300 Microsoft Project Bluebeam.** Prior experience with a *General Contractor.*---### *Client Instruction*📌 Please *submit at least one strong candidate* for this position.🔹 Priority: *Local Iowa candidates (Waterloo Cedar Valley nearby cities)*.🔹 Open to: *UNI Construction Management alumni willing to return.*📧 To apply please send your updated resume to:
