Your Responsibilities
- Build and lead a world-class organisation
- Recruit develop and motivate exceptional teams
- Define and execute strategies across all functions
- Drive growth and take full P&L and operational responsibility
- Act as a sparring partner to existing management or assume full leadership depending on the stage
Requirements
What We Expect From You
- Proven leadership and ownership mindset from day one
- Willingness to dive into all aspects of the business (Sales Operations Tech etc.)
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Ambition humility and passion for building companies and people
- Curiosity and drive for continuous learning & optimisation
- Degree with excellent results (Bachelor or Master MBA a plus)
- Fluent German (C1) required; strong English skills advantageous
- 37 years experience in top-tier consulting investment banking startups or scale-ups
