Job Description

Business Analyst (ServiceNow) 0902-GA-SP-Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

PAY RATE: 1099 / CTC: $75 W2 Hourly: $66 W2 Salary With Benefits: $129584

Duration: 6 months (extension possible based on project needs)
Location: Hybrid (Atlanta) 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
Start Date: November 3 2025
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to join our team on a 6-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical documentation and communication skills with proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and optimization projects.

Responsibilities
  • Gather analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders developers and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training and post-implementation review.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation workflows and status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM HRSD CSM or other modules).
  • Experience with workflow automation integrations and reporting within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
