We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to join our team on a 6-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical documentation and communication skills with proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and optimization projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders developers and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training and post-implementation review.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Maintain clear documentation workflows and status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM HRSD CSM or other modules).
- Experience with workflow automation integrations and reporting within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
