Location: Hybrid (Atlanta) 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to join our team on a 6-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical documentation and communication skills with proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and optimization projects.

Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders developers and administrators to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) training and post-implementation review.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
Maintain clear documentation workflows and status reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM HRSD CSM or other modules).
Experience with workflow automation integrations and reporting within ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering methodologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
