Job Description
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Executive and support end-to-end process engineering activities for new and ongoing manufacturing projects.
- Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct process capability studies time and motion studies and root cause analyses to resolve production issues.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D quality maintenance and production teams to support product launches and process changes.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs PFMEAs control plans and work instructions.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment tools and automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) standards and industry regulations.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Train production staff and ensure knowledge transfer of new processes
