Job Description

Role - Institution Support Executive (Tender Business)

Location - Manayata Tech Park

Duration - 1 Year and renewable

Role & responsibilities

Position: Institution Support Executive (Tender Business)

Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tender business or a related field.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream.

Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of necessary tender documents.
  • Generate product/service quotations in accordance with provided guidelines

and pricing structures.

  • Draft and format various letters for official communications and responses.
  • Maintain organized repositories ensuring categorized and easily accessible

files.

  • Utilize the internal portal for initiating tracking and managing agreements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support agreement processing needs.
  • Verify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to process suppliers claimed

credit notes.

  • Develop Excel and Word formats as needed.
