VMS ID - CGEMJP
Grade A5(1-2 Yrs
Location - Mumbai
Rate- 200 per hour-4.75 LPA
Request you to please raise SO for Quality Analyst in Mumbai -Airoli location.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction quality audits.
- Provide feedbacks and suggestion for improvement to agents.
- Publish quality dashboards at defined intervals.
- Data Analysis strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Flexibility and availability for any ad-hoc activity as per business requirement.
- Need to ensure deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
Personal Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills. (English)
- Knowledge of usage of MS tools Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- The candidate should have excellent problem-solving capability and lateral thinking skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Good team player with proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
- Coaching and objection handling skills.
