Fortil Switzerland is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and execute electrical engineering projects across the country. The ideal candidate brings strong technical know-how combined with excellent project coordination skills. Experience in construction/infrastructure and/or industrial automation/processes is essential.
- Manage end-to-end electrical engineering projects across Switzerland
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans timelines and budgets
- Oversee site operations and ensure on-time delivery in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Perform electrical sizing and define technical specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams contractors suppliers and clients
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all activities are compliant with Swiss norms and industry regulations
-Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
-Proven track record in construction infrastructure or industrial environments
-Solid experience in project planning and site monitoring
-Expertise in electrical sizing and systems design
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders
-Fluent in English and German and/or French; knowledge of Swiss local regulations is a strong plus
-Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project sites
