Job Description
Step into Leadership in Food & Beverage Where Creativity Meets Growth.
As F&B Manager (m/w/x) you will play a central role in our hotel operations overseeing developing and motivating our 9-member team. With strong leadership skills and organizational talent youll ensure your team reaches its full potential and achieves departmental goals alongside you.
Youll guarantee that all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently consistently providing top-quality food beverages and service to our guests. Your eye for detail ensures a pleasant safe and well-maintained environment for both guests and staff. Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations is one of your key priority.
You will also be actively involved in daily financial management handling tasks such as cost control inventory management monthly closings and stock-taking analysis. Additionally youll be responsible for the F&B teams scheduling and time tracking.
As a passionate host you work flexibly in shifts and lead by example in delivering excellent service always with the goal of enhancing the guest experience.
Qualifications :
Your profile:
- Completed qualification in the F&B sector is desirable. Practical experience in hospitality with a strong ambition to take the next step in your career.
- Strong leadership potential and great people skills with a motivating and supportive style
- Knowledge of business operations cost control and inventory management
- High standards of quality strong organizational skills and a solid sense of responsibility
- Solid understanding of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Flexibility willingness to learn and a proactive hands-on attitude
- Good command of German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
