Job Responsibilities
- Efficient timely and GMPcompliant preparation execution and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders including inprocess controls (IPCs)
- Technical leadership of the production cabin
- Efficient and GMPcompliant cleaning of equipment and machinery parts as well as production rooms
- GMPcompliant documentation of work performed
- Adhere strictly to regulations when making and packing clinical trial samples such as GMP hygiene safety rules SOPs and order instructions.
- Ensuring active timely and appropriate communication of progress and issues to colleagues and supervisors
- Active participation in identifying communicating and resolving problems and inefficiencies as well as in finding improvement opportunities
- Assisting in specific projects as directed by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Professional qualification in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferably as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or equivalent. Alternatively at least 2 years in a comparable position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
- GMP experience or training is an advantage
- Proficiency in the German language both written and spoken. English skills are an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors in German (written and spoken)
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently even under stress and in a multicultural environment
- Strong problemsolving skills with mathematical and technical understanding
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an advantage
- Flexibility for shift work
