Job Summary:
This role is for an Ultrasound Technician working in an adult ER and ICU setting. The technician will perform general ultrasound procedures utilizing various equipment from multiple manufacturers. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience and familiarity with electronic health record systems (EPIC). Shift work is required specifically Sunday-Wednesday nights.

Location: Rochester New York United States.
Responsibilities:
- Performing general ultrasound procedures including abdominal aorto appendix biliary tract breast gallbladder intraoperative liver lung biopsy pancreas pediatric abdomen/pelvis and spleen ultrasounds.
- Utilizing various ultrasound equipment (GE PACS Philips Siemens SonoSite).
- Maintaining accurate patient records within the electronic health record system (EPIC).
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in operating various ultrasound machines (GE PACS Philips Siemens SonoSite).
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EPIC).
- Active Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer license in the state of employment (or equivalent).
- Current BLS certification.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Previous charge experience.
- Experience in adult ER and ICU settings.
- Experience in adult ER and ICU settings.
Special Considerations:
- 13-week contract.
- Return to office (RTO) within one week of contract start.
- Sunday-Wednesday 9 PM to 7:30 AM shift.
- No holidays.
- No on-call requirements.
- Must reside within 75 miles of the work location.
- Caribbean blue or surgical scrubs from unity required.
