Job Description
Senior Test Automation Engineer Excel & UFT
Hybrid (New York or Chicago) Full-Time
We re seeking a Senior UI Test Automation Engineer to develop scalable test solutions for an Excel-based add-in. This role blends UFT VBScript Python and Excel object models to deliver reliable automation frameworks integrated with modern CI/CD pipelines.
What You ll Do

Automate Excel add-in workflows using UFT & VBScript

Build modular data-driven test frameworks

Validate data & workflows with SQL and backend checks

Integrate test suites with CI/CD (Bamboo GitHub Actions)

Collaborate with devs & QA mentor junior testers
What We re Looking For

8 12 years in test automation

Strong UFT & VBScript experience

Excel object model automation expertise

Python & SQL proficiency

CI/CD exposure (Bamboo GitHub Actions Bitbucket)
