Hunting Team - Sales Head
Location: Any of the Aspire locations
The Sales Head will build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales and
growth. Responsible for guiding and managing a team of sales professionals focused on
acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base. Develop and implement sales
strategies aimed at identifying and capturing new business opportunities ensuring that the
team meets or exceeds their sales targets. Oversee creation and execution of efficient sales
processes provide mentoring to the team and collaborate with other departments like
marketing consulting and delivery to align addition they will be responsible for
performance management setting targets and reporting on the teams progress to senior
management while ensuring that relationships with new clients are nurtured from lead
generation through to conversion. Success in this role requires a strong mix of leadership
strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the market and client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
Develop and own go-to-market strategy for new client acquisition; work closely with
management team broader sales team to align with the firm wide GTM strategy.
Build and manage a high-performing geo hunting team focusing on attracting
hiring developing and retaining top sales talent. These teams work across different
verticals and horizontals that Aspire specializes in.
Collaborate closely with solutioning and delivery teams to craft customized solutions
for clients.
Business Development
Bring in new logos (individually) and build NN business to contribute 8-10% of overall
business.
Identify named high quality target accounts (with long-term growth potential) for the
team to pursue and enable them to build senior client relationships.
Drive end-to-end pursuit cycle (identify opportunities shape and solution
engagements drive pricing and MSA negotiations etc.)
Track new logo revenue pipeline and KPIs to ensure sustainable growth & target
attainment.
Client Relationship Management and Networking
Develop new client relationships through personal network partner relationships
and outbound initiatives.
Invest in social selling own and sell Aspire brand.
Expertise and Knowledge Management
Stay ahead of industry trends monitoring macroeconomic shifts emerging business
models and regulatory changes.
Track competitors investments footprint new offerings accounts; develop
account-specific deep insights.
Qualification
Education: Bachelors degree MBA
15-20 years of experience in business development with high exposure to software
product engineering services in the US
Experience as a senior sales executive with hands on experience of pursuing
shaping and closing deals in Banking Insurance Retail Hi-tech
Well networked with strong references from key stakeholders (buyers influencers)
preferably in F1000 enterprises; possesses high-potential Rolodex and demonstrates
the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
