You thrive in a complex industry segment and find it motivating / thrilling to navigate a diverse customer decision-making organisation. The solutions that are requested by our clients.

• You are a driving force for the sale of complex industrial solutions
• Navigate and manage diverse customer decision-making organisations
• Develop proposals together with a skilled engineering team
• Lead negotiations with clients up to order placement
• Collaborate with the regional sales colleagues
• Support market research and strategic planning

You can help us with these qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering preferably mechanical or process engineering
• 5 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering or EPC business
• High-energy outgoing can-do personality with the ability to prioritize demands of ongoing sales projects campaigns and initiatives
• Excel in developing and retaining complex business and customer relationships
• Self-directed able to create a plan prioritize actions and execute independently and in collaboration with others to the agreed deadlines
• Fluent in English and preferably supplementary language
• Willingness to travel and interact with various cultures focus middle east
• A creative mindset and you relish the opportunity to try new things
