This Position reports to:

About the Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with process flows work instructions production plans and quality and safety standards in a 3-shift operation for the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). You will play a key role in maintaining continuous production close collaboration with the area manager you will help create an effective and efficient working environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing capacities resources and personnel during the shift while ensuring compliance with safety quality and production targets

• Acting as the main point of contact for process-related questions and ensuring adherence to defined process standards

• Identifying improvement opportunities in production processes and equipment and addressing technical quality and logistical challenges in a solution-oriented manner

• Motivating and developing the team and collaborating closely with internal support functions to ensure efficient communication

Qualifications for the Role

• Completed technical vocational training

• Several years of experience in production or production-related areas

• Initial leadership experience in a production environment

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines

• Experience with continuous improvement projects and lean management (e.g. KAIZEN Lean Six Sigma)

• Quick comprehension resilience and strong team spirit

• Fluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plus

• Willingness to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model possibly including Saturdays)

• Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills

• ERP knowledge (SAP)
