To strengthen our position in the veterinary orthopedics market and support our growth we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with development potential.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission and grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your mission

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Guide customers through the entire order process offering advice on available solutions
  • Coordinate customer lifecycle processes and address any improvement suggestions or change requests
  • Manage and process customer orders including data entry paperwork and followups
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process including ecommerce introductions
  • Provide support for administrative tasks such as maintaining pricing schemes for different markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear timely and proactive communication
  • Utilize the companys ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM tool (Hubspot) for efficient and accurate order processing
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or further education in customer service
  • 4 years of experience in customer service preferably within the industry or medical/veterinary sector

Your skills and professional experience

  • Background in medical device or veterinary industry is desirable but not a must
  • Hands on mentality with strong clientfacing skills such as strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Serviceoriented and friendly personality
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Problem solving and analysis along with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • First leadership experience preferable
