What youll be doing:
- Assist in the day-to-day culinary operations ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to menu execution and seasonal offerings in line with our brands refined gastronomic identity.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership organisation and communication skills.
- A hands-on solutions-focused attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Passion for culinary excellence and team collaboration.
