Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Product Owner for One Identity Manager to join our IT organization in Zurich or Lugano. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise and a strong execution mindset. You will be responsible for leading the evolution of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform with a particular focus on integrating One Identity Manager into a complex enterprise environment that includes custom-developed financial applications.
This is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who thrives in technical detail enjoys solving complex integration challenges and is not afraid to get involved in the implementation process.
Your key tasks
Strategic and Technical Leadership
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for One Identity Manager ensuring alignment with business objectives regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001) and IT architecture.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on IAM trends risks and opportunities.
Platform Implementation and Development
- Lead the configuration customization and deployment of One Identity Manager including workflows policies and connectors.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory SAP cloud platforms and custom financial applications.
- Oversee platform lifecycle management including upgrades performance tuning and security hardening.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders (IT Security Compliance HR and cross-business areas) to gather requirements prioritize features and deliver IAM solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure robust integration with proprietary systems.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
- Maintain high standards of platform reliability scalability and auditability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through effective controls and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with at least 3 years of direct hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.
- Proven track record of delivering IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments including integration with custom or industry-specific applications.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic IT initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of One Identity Manager including workflow design RBAC and system integration.
- Familiarity with IAM protocols (e.g. SAML OAuth SCIM) and security standards (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g. PowerShell SQL) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Relevant certifications (e.g. One Identity Manager) are highly desirable.
- Italian is an asset but not mandatory.
