Job Summary
Avanda is supporting a high-impact hybrid migration program for a European enterprise moving critical trading applications from on-prem platforms to Azure Cloud. To support this transformation were looking for 2 experienced engineers who combine deep technical expertise with the ability to operate independently in a distributed support organization; 8 years in infrastructure/cloud roles ideally in hybrid environments.
You will join a team of internal staff and trusted partners during a hybrid phase leading to full Azure transition by end of 2026. Work onsite 2-3 days. English only is required.

THE ROLE
Collaborate with cross-functional support teams and vendors
Manage both on-premises and cloud-native infrastructure
Design and implement scalable secure Azure environments
Automate deployments using Terraform or JAMML CI/CD pipelines
Improve observability and security posture with enterprise-grade tools
Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varied technical background
