HR BUSINESS PARTNER (m/w/d)
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional and local leadership to design and implement a forward-looking HR strategy.
- Oversee HR operations across Switzerland Germany and Austria including recruitment talent development compensation & benefits performance management and employee relations.
- Coach and support managers on team development engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-border HR initiatives aligned with company values and strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment standards in Switzerland Germany and Austria.
- Drive change management workforce planning and initiatives fostering an inclusive and ethical workplace.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in France and internationally to maintain consistency and share best practices.
Qualifications- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 35 years as a Business Partner with regional or multi-country scope.
- Proven expertise in employment laws and HR practices within the DACH region especially Switzerland and Germany.
- Mandatory experience in FMCG retail or consumer goods with exposure to fast-paced international environments.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a matrixed international organisation.
- Fluent in English German and French (spoken and written).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
