Swan Systeme AG provides engineering services and produces sampling and analysis systems for the water steam cycle. As the system integrator within the Swan group we supply ready-to-use sampling and analysis systems as well as the related services to contractors and power plant operators worldwide. We provide specific solutions for a range of power plant types. Service for our systems is provided in close cooperation with our worldwide subsidiaries and representatives.
We are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Plant Engineering who will be responsible for both the technical design and the economic implementation of demanding customer this key role you will shape the entire course of the project from calculation to the expiry of the warranty.
Aufgaben
- You will be responsible for the technical design and structuring of plants in accordance with internal standards
- You will prepare and manage project calculations including quotation documents and technical documentation
- You will independently manage customer projects from planning through to factory acceptance to commissioning
- You will support the project managers with technically complex issues and interface coordination
- You will develop and maintain technical standards modules and testing concepts
- You will evaluate and onboard new components and suppliers
- You will actively contribute to further development of the quality management system (QMS)
Qualifikation
- Experience in project management in plant or equipment construction
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
- Structured solution-oriented approach to work
- Business fluent English additional German skills desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
- Basic technical training with further education (e.g. HF/FH) in mechanical/plant engineering process engineering or similar
