The Opportunity

As Junior Sales Manager you are in charge of developing new business opportunities with new clients with a main focus on medium & large businesses. You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in Western Switzerland (Suisse Romande). You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio within Swiss French region .
  • You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions (Face 2 Face E-com).
  • You visit on a regular basis medium and large sized prospects to develop new business opportunities.
  • You reach out actively to potential prospects via cold calling based on data base research.
  • You also follow-up on leads received via other channels.
  • You negotiate and close deals
  • You participate in networking events

Who Are We Looking For

  • You have preferably a Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent in French and English German is a plus.
  • You are a passionate about sales equipped with the perseverance and resilience needed to achieve success
  • Administration preciseness & follow-up of your sales activities is a key ability
  • Result driven team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative and stick to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
