We are looking for Talent Acquisition & Campus Marketing Specialist in Geneva to partner with our business and to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents.

As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.

Your key responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among students.
    • Collaborate with universities and student organizations to build strong relationships and expand our presence on campuses.
    • Plan and execute campus events career fairs workshops and informational sessions to showcase our brand and career opportunities.

What we look for

  • A Bachelors degree or vocational training in Human Resources Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and employer branding preferably in an international environment either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and university stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative campus marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness among students.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple recruitment and branding initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment and marketing metrics to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Very good written and spoken French and English skills are a prerequisite.
