As the Global Technology Lead for Traction Transformers (f/m/d) you will have the opportunity to shape the future of innovation by driving cutting-edge R&D initiatives and developing impactful product offerings.   • You will lead efforts to align R&D processes with business objectives making a significant impact by enhancing our technology leadership and resolving key technical challenges

  • You will collaborate with global partners and various stakeholders to drive market-oriented projects and long-term technology advancements playing a crucial role in our innovation journey

  • You will execute and refine R&D strategies actively shaping technology roadmaps that elevate our product lines competitiveness and fuel innovation

  • You will oversee R&D projects empowering R&D project managers to deliver outstanding results that meet quality standards budget and deadlines ensuring impactful project execution

  • You will facilitate the transfer of knowledge and best practices across the organization significantly contributing to the continuous learning and development of our teams

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders enhancing the visibility and influence of our product line on a global scale

  • You will develop and implement strategies for intellectual property protection making a vital impact by managing risks and aligning with corporate guidelines

Your background

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology Management or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in R&D product management or technology leadership roles within an engineering or manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles R&D processes and technology development practices along with experience in managing complex projects

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally

  • Visionary mindset to cultivate a culture of innovation leveraging design thinking to inspire transformative solutions

  • Expertise in navigating intellectual property landscapes and implementing proactive risk management strategies
