Were looking for a strategic hands-on Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy create our media strategy manage the relation with key partnerships and drive measurable results across awareness acquisition and engagement.

- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Lead product marketing efforts crafting positioning messaging and launch plans
- Identify and grow marketing channels that best reach our target audience
- Generate and nurture leads partnering closely with sales to optimize conversion
- Manage relationships with our key partners and media (coms PR etc)
- Manage our website and other digital channels
- Lead and orchestrate internal and external events we participate in
- Establish key metrics and track performance across all marketing initiatives
- Hire and manage an internal team and/or external agencies as needed
- Be an active member of the leadership team
- Act as a thought leader for our division and industry
This is you
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles ideally in startups or spin-offs
- Experience designing and scaling demand generation programs
- Strong brand content and communications instincts
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute and lead at the same time
- Comfortable in high-growth fast-paced environments
- Excellent collaboration skills especially with product sales and leadership
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance metrics
