Job Description

To expand our team in Switzerland we are looking for a German speaking Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) that enjoy managing complex projects in Life Sciences sector and like to work in an international environment. You feel like you are the right person We want to hear from you!

  • Participate in a life science construction projects as part of a project team.
  • Create and monitor complex project schedules.
  • Ensure the accuracy validity and completeness of schedules.
  • Prepare progress reports for project reporting.
  • Identify analyze and communicate schedule deviations.
  • Develop corrective action proposals to address deviations.
  • Coordinate internal and external schedules.
  • Evaluate scheduling approaches and control systems.
  • Develop and implement improvement measures.
  • Act as a consultant to promote structured communication with internal departments and external planning teams.

Qualifications :

  • Planning experience who has delivered Complex Pharmaceutical or Bio - Pharmaceutical projects
  • Experience in construction scheduling/planning
  • Knowledge and experience of all of the main design or project management concepts tools and techniques
  • Experience of working with General Contractors in a project management or scheduler/planner capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters such as different procurement routes value management and value engineering
  • Understanding of the financial aspects of a project
  • Primavera P6 planner desirable
  • You have fluency in both German and English spoken and written.
