The Opportunity
The High Voltage Products division of Hitachi Energy is globally recognized as a specialist in power transmission and distribution systems. At our Zurich-Oerlikon location we develop and manufacture gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Using state-of-the-art development tools and methods we ensure the high reliability of our switchgear systems.
How youll make an impact
Redesign and further development of handling tools for assembling GIS units and fields within the factory
Definition and implementation of standards documentation best practices and procedures for all new and existing products to ensure the required quality and productivity
Analysis of key performance indicators to derive actions for improvement.
Training and certification of production employees
Further development of assembly processes and related equipment with a focus on improving quality and productivity
Your background
You are active and energetic motivated by challenging tasks and an international work environment
