Job Description

- Manage a wide range of laboratory equipment including pipettes dishwashers balances temperature loggers and analytical systems such as HPLC across the full lifecycle: onboarding preventive maintenance metrological checks decommissioning and GMP-compliant documentation
- Coordinate external service providers for maintenance activities
- Conduct equipment log reviews and ensure compliant archiving of equipment raw data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as lab teams QA and IT
- Participate in the improvement and standardization of metrology routines
- Support during customer audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
- Education as a lab technician Techniker HF or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on experience in laboratory equipment handling maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience in GMP regulated environment is a plus
- Strong technical interest ideally with an affinity to IT systems
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and attention to detail
- Very good English; German is an advantage
