Job Description
A day in your future job:
- Identify the customer and the account to be transferred;
- Check and complete the data entered in the SIC/SWIFT/EuroSic and make changes if necessary;
- Ensure compliance with OBA-COB (Finma) regulations;
- Ensure compliance with the Banks internal regulations;
- Checking managers signatures authorising a funds transfer;
- Check the identification of the customer and the account involved in the cashing or issuing of a cheque;
- Mastering and applying the legislation relating to cheques;
- Ensure the application of OBA-COB (Finma) regulations and the Banks internal directives;
- Ensure processes related to card management;
- Follow up and assist the various internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Your assets to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in tools such as Swift SIC and EuroSIC;
- Good hospitality skills interpersonal skills and ability to listen;
- Accurate methodical rigorous and quick;
- Trustworthy;
- Resistance to stress.
