Job Description
Our customer an international pharmaceutical company is looking for a contractor with deep expertise in OpenText SAP archiving solutions particularly in GxP-regulated environments. The contractor will support ongoing operations and compliance-related tasks within SAP-integrated OpenText systems.
Configure and maintain OpenText Archive Repositories integrated with SAP
Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and internal IT policies
Manage retention policies legal holds and archiving governance
Contribute to documentation and Change Management processes (e.g. FDS)
Perform system upgrades patching and daily maintenance
Support internal audits and produce compliance documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validated archiving workflows
Hands-on experience with OpenText Archive Server in SAP environments
Strong understanding of GxP and pharmaceutical compliance standards
Experience in writing FDS and maintaining technical documentation
Knowledge of retention management and archiving strategies
Ability to work independently in regulated enterprise environments
