Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly welcoming people with a smile and learning in a fast-paced environment CV Labs is looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and help us create the best possible experience for our community and visitors.

Tasks
What Youll Do
This role combines front desk reception day-to-day operations and team supportperfect if youre organized friendly and curious to learn how a fast-growing tech hub works behind the scenes.
Youll be:
- The first point of contact at our reception is greeting guests and making them feel at home
- Supporting the day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms mail vendors office supplies etc.)
- Helping onboard new members in our co-working community
- Answering calls and emails (in English and German)
- Jumping in to help with internal events logistics and whatever else comes up were a small collaborative team!
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- You dont need years of experience; were looking for someone who is:
- Proactive friendly and service-oriented
- Comfortable communicating in both English and German
- A natural multitasker who stays calm and organised even on busy days
- Curious about startups tech or blockchain (you dont need to be an expert!)
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business hospitality or a similar field
