We are looking for a skilled and driven Robot Operator to join our robotics team developing humanoid robots for industrial automation. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robots and the opportunity to play a critical part in applying robotic automation and embodied AI to a wide range of customer use cases.

- Build and curate high-quality robot training datasets through hands-on teleoperation
- Rigorously evaluate the performance of trained robotic skills across a wide variety of real-world operating conditions
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to continuously improve the processes for training evaluating and deploying policies on our robots
- Help establish best practices for robot operation data collection and policy evaluation
This is you
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Robotics Mechatronics Computer Science or Engineering
- Practical experience operating robots; experience with ROS2 is highly preferred
- Strong personal drive reliability and a demonstrated work ethic
- Comfort working within a team on fast-moving projects
- Good organizational documentation and communication skills
