The role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst youll play a key role in guiding internal teams through data-driven insights and collaboration. Youll build dashboards in Salesforce (Lightning Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) analyze CRM and marketing data for insights and support Salesforce Sales Service and Marketing Cloud performance. Working closely with stakeholders youll define data needs deliver actionable reports manage segmentation and integrate tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to enhance audience engagement.

About you

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM and marketing automation
Proven experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce (Lightning Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics)
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Service and Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) highly preferred; additional certifications are a plus
Strong knowledge of B2B and/or B2C digital marketing workflows including email campaigns lead nurturing segmentation and performance tracking
Skilled at transforming data into insights and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication collaboration and project management abilities

Preferred skills

Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Journey Builder Automation Studio)
Experience managing and cleansing large-scale datasets in Salesforce
