Job Description
On behalf of our client global FMCG company we are looking for an experienced motivated and dynamic professional for a position located in Canton of Zurich Switzerland as
Global FSQR Project & Portfolio Manager (100%)
Tasks
- Lead high-impact global FSQR (Food Safety Quality and Regulatory) projects and transformational programs across regions and functions
- Manage project lifecycle: planning execution risk management stakeholder communication
- Build and steer cross-functional cross-regional teams to deliver complex FSQR initiatives
- Drive alignment between projects and the wider FSQR strategy and corporate vision
- Oversee and optimize the FSQR project portfolio; report KPIs and outcomes to executive leadership
- Build Projects Hygienic Design and project related risk management
- Deliver change management for seamless global FSQR transitions
- Act as FSQR consultant on diverse global projects driving compliance with internal and external standardsTrain and develop FSQR teams globally embedding quality into all phases of business project delivery
Requirements
Education & Professional Background
- Masters degree in Food Engineering/Food Science
- 5 years experience in food safety quality systems and project/program management
- Several years Management experience
- Solid track record managing FSQR projects in multinational food industry environments
- Expertise in Total Cost of Quality Management and hygienic design
- Experience in Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

- Project and portfolio management from strategy to execution
- FSQR process development compliance and performance tracking
- Advanced stakeholder and cross-functional communication
- Change management across diverse cultures and time zones
- Digital tool creation for quality performance monitoring
- Leadership and team empowerment in global matrix organizations
