Job Description

Master Data Manager (m/f/d)- Secondment

Duration: November 2025-September 2026

You can look forward to:

Logistics Manager is responsible for the management of the Master Data and Controlled Substances processes in logistics and supports the Logistics Lead in GSC projects as well as in the operational handling of logistics processes. Logistics Manager is also responsible for government contact and audits.

Material Master Management:

  • Management of the local Item Master Process (Set-up & Maintaining Master Data)
  • Interaction with internal & external stakeholders (LSP HCI Commercial Customer Service Market Access etc.)
  • Item Master Management (creation and administration in SAP Maintaining local files/reports & external systems)
  • Maintenance of Pricing Conditions in SAP
  • Performing & preparing of Internal Controls (Pricing Updates Review) as part of month end closing including handling of SAP PC

Management of Controlled Substances:

  • Manage import and export licenses
  • Support audits
  • Perform annual reporting to authorities
  • Perform GTS block release in SAP

Market Supply Chain Performance & Operations Compliance:

  • Managing internal and external audits including timely tracking of CAPAs
  • Support and implement Market Ecosystem/IMEX initiatives with close collaboration with regional and global GSC teams to achieve target level for each capability.
  • Responsible for process improvement and efficiency
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of supply chain systems and arrange for corrective action where applicable
  • Handling reporting to authorities including Intrastat Waste Management and Psychotropics reporting
  • Ensuring market excellence through oversight of audits for Dangerous Goods Business Continuity Controlled Substances and related compliance processes
  • Supporting projects focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and automation initiatives enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows

Organisation:

  • Ensure operational coverage for Logistic Lead during holidays

You offer:

  • Bachelor or University degree in Business Economics Logistics and Supply Chain Management Business Administration or Engineering
  • Minimum 3-4 years-experience in Market Supply Chain operations
  • Good Project Management skills (certificate preferable)
  • Excellent language skills: fluent both written and verbally in German and English
  • Advanced IT and analytical skills (MS-Office MS Project SAP)
  • Motivated engaged and independently working professional
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Appropriate business demeanor
  • Solid business acumen: branch and industry knowledge
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Project Management skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Change Management: positive attitude to change and change management
  • Sound capabilities to work cross-functional in international matrix organizations
  • High focus on quality results and right priorities
  • Willingness to travel
  • People Management ensure team members are developed and engaged to deliver against business objectives
