Job Description
We can offer you following tasks
As Bid Manager Heat Pumps you will drive the growth and market penetration of our large heat pump solutions for heat generation focusing mainly on the district heating sector
- Business Development: Expand our market presence through strategic partnerships
- Project Advisory: Provide economically and technically optimal solutions
- Proposal Management: Prepare industrial heat pump solutions including cost and price calculations in collaboration with the engineering team
- Negotiations: Engage with international clients up to order placement and collaborate with suppliers and partners
- Project Strategy: Ensure alignment with business objectives
- Sales Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Solution Development: Develop solutions to meet market demands
You can help us with these qualifications
- Industry Experience: Background in plant engineering preferably in the energy sector
- Sales & Project Management: Experience in EPC project sales and project management
- Technical Education: Relevant training or engineering degree preferably a Masters degree
- Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract evaluation
- Language Skills: Fluent in English ideally with an additional language and strong communication skills
- Travel Readiness: Willing to travel (10-20%) and engage with diverse cultures
- Mindset: Self-driven open-minded and independent with a problem-solving attitude and assertiveness
- Personality: High-energy outgoing and proactive with the ability to prioritize sales projects campaigns and initiatives
