Job Description

Comptences requises :

Connaissance et matrise des techniques de boulangeries et de viennoiseries
Connaissances approfondies des rgles dhygine (HACCP) et de scurit alimentaire
Excellentes connaissances des produits et de lutilisation de lquipement de cuisine

Qualifications :

CFC de boulanger ou jug quivalent
Exprience de 2 ans minimum
Vous tes motiv(e)s avez un sens aigu de lorganisation et du travail en quipe
Flexibilit et rapidit dexcution
Bonne organisation crativit
