Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries and technical coordination in energy systems projects
- Develop heat and mass balance calculations as well as detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for Waste to Energy and Carbon Capture plants
- Perform sizing and specification of main systems; review and validate associated engineering deliverables
- Support the development and enhancement of process design tools methodologies and internal engineering standards
- Participate in process safety studies including HAZOP and SIL assessments to ensure adherence to safety and operational requirements
- Prepare functional design specifications and assist with factory acceptance testing of control and instrumentation systems
- Support commissioning troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations both remotely and on-site
- Engage with clients suppliers and regulatory bodies on performance guarantees technical clarifications and compliance matters
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Mechanical Chemical or Process Engineering with experience in process design.
- Solid knowledge in process engineering use of CAE programs P&IDs logic diagrams and simulation tools (COMOS Ebsilon MatLab Aspen etc.).
- Adaptable team player with good communication skills on different levels (from commissioning teams to Project Managers).
- Self-driven open minded personality with attention to detail and precise working style.
- Fluency in English; German language knowledge is an advantage.
